My inquiry this year is exploring high fantasy, specifically world-building, and how I use it to escape my real-life problems and heal, as well as have something for myself to enjoy and share in small doses. I have found that a lot of what I draw are inadvertently things I wish I had so I want to explore that more thoroughly in my next semester as well as work on communicating the things I personally struggle with that make fantasy worlds so appealing.
